Order Terms and Conditions

Supply of goods : The products we supply are to be used at your own risk.  We cannot accept responsibility for any damage, injury or loss arising from the use of these items.  Please remember that Magnets are very brittle and will snap together with great force. All items sold are tested before dispatch and therefore we know they are working properly.  By the nature of the products, we sell the configuration of your system and other devices can cause configuration problems.  Although we will gladly try to help with these, we cannot be held responsible for issues related to windows drivers and conflicts with other devices.

Shipping / Tax and Import: Goods are supplied well packaged using the courier you have selected in the checkout.  Delivery is the responsibility of the courier and we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays.

We do not include any taxes or duties on the goods sold (except in the UK where VAT is charged and EU where shipped "Customs Paid").  Any import taxes or duties charged for delivery of the goods into your country are your responsibility.  We recommend that you check what these might be before placing your order. 

Payment: The order will not ship until your payment has cleared.  With PayPal and Stripe (Credit Card) this is normally instant.  With bank transfers it can take a few days.

Cancellation and returns: If you change your mind or cancel your order before shipping, we will terminate the order and refund you in full, but please remember that we do not get a return of PayPal or Credit Card fees, so we ask that you only cancel as a last resort.  If you want to change the ordered product, please email us first because changing an order is better than cancelling and creating a new one. We reserve the right to charge you any PayPal fees that we cannot get back.

Where goods have shipped and you wish to cancel, you must return the goods at your cost.  We will then check the goods are as supplied and in perfect condition before refunding the cost of the items, shipping charges cannot be refunded.
