We ship our products worldwide. The shop should provide shipping options automatically at checkout, if it does not please contact us as we will be able to ship to you but may need to work out a price manually.
Most products will have a couple of different shipping options, these are based on the shipping address and the weight of the goods in the order. For standard shipping we use Royal Mail and most courier services are via DHL. For some remote locations we may be forced to use a different courier. If you need any more information about shipping, please ask.
The shop now has live API links to both DHL and UPS so you will get bespoke shipping prices based on the weight of your cart and your address. This should ensure we are offering the best rates we can get. If you feel the shipping it too expensive please contact me and I will gladly check manually.
Once your order has been shipped you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information (if using a tracked service). Shipping times are estimates as provided by the shipping company and are only a guide. We have no control over delays with customs clearance or unforseen circumstances.
Orders for items in stock are normally shipped the next working day, if there is a delay, we will contact you via email.
DIN cables are only made after ordering so there is often a small delay shipping these. We don't keep them in stock because of the various options, so we assemble them on demand.
